Sealed bids will be received at the office of Henry Miller Reclamation District No. 2131, 11704 W. Henry Miller Avenue, Dos Palos, California, 93620 prior to 9:00 A.M. on November 2, 2022 for construction of the Carlucci Ditch Lining. The work includes:
Canal earthwork and concrete lining placed over a geotextile membrane.
